How do I return an item purchased on domarpmotors.in Shopping?

You can conveniently seek a warranty if youve received an item in a Damaged, Defective or Not as Described state without ever having to call Customer Service. Its simple, log in and create a replacement or warranty request online. Place an online return request for a replacement/warranty.

Note:Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

-all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.

- Number of days within which return can be initiated varies for each seller. You must create a  request within the specified period.

- We support Replacement across categories/sellers in case of damaged item only.

- In case of cancellation/refund, the entire amount except taxes paid by you including shipping and gift wrapping charges are transferred to your account.

- While we pick up originally delivered item from most customer locations, there are certain areas where a pickup cannot be arranged. In such a case, you can ship the product through any other transportation/ courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.

- Replacement is subject to approval against manufacturing defect only and availability of stock with the Seller. In case a Replacement is not available, Seller will refund the amount for the same.

Rplacement are subject to the Sellers rplacemwnt policy. Replacemwnt are covered by the 3 Day Replacement Guarantee for seller WS Retail, 1 Day Replacement Guarantee for all other sellers for EV and Battery and accessories categories, and 3 Day Replacement Guarantee against manufacturing defects for all other sellers.
